Still consistently professional and personable. I never feel like they find something for the sake of finding something, which many shops will do. If it doesn't need fixing, it doesn't need fixing. I highly recommend.

This place was great. Brakes very quickly went from some noise to grinding. Made an appointment, went in the next day. Stephanie was so nice and so helpful. They got me an uber to go back home. A while later, they sent me the estimate. They included pictures and descriptions. Explained the issues. It was so easy and stress free. Will definitely go back if any other issues arise. Won't take my vehicle anywhere else. I trust every diagnosis made by Nova and their team. I dropped off the car merely hearing a small rattle. They inspected the car and sent me photos of the issues that i can see for myself of the leaking fluids all over the headers that i therefore replaced. Your service as always is perfect!
