Absolutely the best experience that i've had with an mechanic shop. I called ahead of time and was assured I can tow my van and drop it off same day even through this was Christmas week. They are a licensed and approved RepairPal service center for Carmax and work with the MaxCare warranty. It was a great experience dropping off my van, I shared all my issues and concerns and was assured they'd all be addressed. I was called the next day with the updates on the van and they got right to fixing everything. In 2 business days my van was diagnosed, serviced, and ready for pick up. Upon pick up the wonderful receptionist remembered my name and had me out the door in a few minutes. I'm blown away by the service and customer service that came from Garage 88 and would take my van back if I have the opportunity.
