I give a 10 star if were possible! My car broke down at the Bob Hope Airport. I had my husband who has Dementia, and our shelter dog rescue with me. The day broke records for the heat. I was towed by AAA to Garage 88. George and staff were extremely kind and I just knew that they were honest and experienced mechanics. They almost immediately took my car into the garage and began an analysis. Turns out a Serpentine belt had broken and therefore just about all parts were not working. By the time we left, I promised myself to keep Garage 88 in my contact list. They took such good care of us and calmed us down. We are in our 80's and live in Ventura so lots of concerns. The staff made us feel as if we were friends and one of their favorite customers. Their estimates were very reasonable. THANK YOU ALL!!!

8/24/26. 2017 Prius. Brakes. 12 volt AGM battery. Oil change full service. Inspection (and no surprises or upcharges). The car had not been washed since the pandemic and they took care of this too. Very fair pricing. Fast, one day for tons of stuff. They provided a way to get me to and from the shop. Shop is clean and organized. The mechanics were happy and friendly. Stephanie in the front office was outstanding. George, the manager I believe, was very helpful. Back in the past I was a dealership mechanic. This is probably the best run organization I have seen in almost a century walking this planet. As a side note, the worst Toyota service organization is Noho Toyota on Lankershim, not just one instance. Anyway, I digress, Garage 88 is a six star rating but they allow five here.
